Shipping policy
SHIPPING
- All of our AROWONEN products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secured, tracked shipping method. For orders placed outside of the EU, we recommend contacting our store.
- Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; please provide a physical address.
- AROWONEN only ships on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be administratively processed the following business day.
- If the item is in stock, your AROWONEN order will be shipped within 3 working days.
- In case your AROWONEN package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the AROWONEN products, and their original outer packaging, and email us a picture of the damaged goods as soon as possible at webshop@arowonen.com to notify us of the damage. This has to be done within 48 hours of receiving the package.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method of your order.
For large, heavy, or oversized items delivered through our AROWONEN Delivery service, shipping costs are calculated after your order has been placed. You will receive a separate shipping quotation for approval before your order is processed. If the shipping costs do not meet your expectations, you may cancel your order free of charge, provided production or processing of made-to-order items has not yet commenced.
